Flow with the Season
Celebratory Yoga Class: Spring Equinox |
Come celebrate the first day of Spring and plant seeds for new growth and hope for the future utilizing your yoga practice as your inner guide to awaken the body, mind and spirit to new possibilities. The extended class will work with the natural pulsations of the season and will include pranayama, meditation, poetry readings, yin yoga and sun salutations as we welcome more light into our lives!

Basic Tai Chi and Chi Kung |
Come
and learn a comprehensive series of 18 flowing movements
that combines the arts of Tai Chi and Chi Kung for greater
balance, an experience of relaxation and feeling energized
all at the same time. We also
will learn about seated and walking meditation
as a part of the Tai Chi and Chi Kung practice.

celebrate the eve of the longest day of the year and the
ushering in of summer. During Summer Solstice the sun is
closest to the earth and its high energy rays are most abundant,
so let’s draw on that amazing source of heat and light
to illuminate our yoga practice through pranayama, meditation,
poetry readings and plenty of sun salutations!
