Marietta YOGA Collective
Becky earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved Yoga Teacher Training & Certification through Peachtree Yoga Center and her 500-hour Yoga Alliance Advanced Studies Teacher Training Certification through Asheville Yoga Center in Asheville, NC. She is thrilled to be sharing the healing, transformative effects of yoga at Marietta Yoga.
Classes are taught in a flowing Vinyasa style, interlinking poses through a series of movements along with held postures to build strength and balance.
Becky's classes focus on a three pronged approach to healing the mind, body, and spirit through a combination of asana, pranayama and meditation, with an emphasis on instruction and attention to detail.
Becky's collection of 5-minute, imagery-guided meditations, Moonbeams & Fireflies, was published summer 2010.
Becky teaches All Levels, Beginner - Intermediate.
